Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk – The Baso Canberra
By purchasing a ticket for or entering The Baso Canberra, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that attending live music events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loud noises, bright lights, crowd movements, stage effects including pyrotechnics and artificial haze, and potential exposure to unforeseen hazards.
- Prohibited Activities: You understand that crowd surfing, stage diving and aggressive moshing are dangerous, and are prohibited activities at The Baso Canberra. You agree not to engage in these activities.
- Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to enter and participate in the event, you release, discharge, and hold harmless The Baso Canberra, its owners, employees, performers, and affiliated entities from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims arising out of your attendance.
- Responsibility: You agree to act responsibly and to follow all venue rules and guidelines. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the premises.
- Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, you authorize venue staff to seek necessary medical treatment on your behalf.
- Photography and Recording: You understand that the event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed, and you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.
By purchasing a ticket or entering The Baso Canberra, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this liability waiver. You voluntarily agree to its terms and intend to be legally bound by it.
